The family with the sea lionsOn Saturday we had the chance to go the Ostrich Festival. We had never been before and wanted to check it out. We won the bid for the tickets at the scout auction the week before. It was interesting to say the least. It was like a big county fair with interesting shows to see. They had a Sea Lion show, Ostrich races, a motorcycle stunt show, circus acts, and more. They also had carnival rides and of course carnival food! They also had a petting zoo, and a pet adoption place to go and see dogs and cats up for adoption. All in all we had fun. It was a little warm and tiring walking around, but the sea lion show at the end made up for it. We even got to take a picture with the lovable sea lions.
